Swedish Massage

A treatment designed to enliven and energize the body by stimulating circulation, releasing muscle tension and improving range of motion. Other benefits of Swedish Massage are: generalized relaxation and dissolution of scar tissue adhesions.

Deep Tissue Massage

Techniques that utilize deep tissue massage are administered to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. These techniques require advanced training and a thorough understanding of Anatomy and Physiology. This helps with chronic muscular pain and injury, rehabilitation and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendonitis. 

Neuromuscular Therapy

An extensive program of soft tissue manipulation based on the neurological laws that explains how the Central Nervous System initiates and maintains pain. The goal is to help relieve the pain and dysfunction by understanding and alleviating the underlying cause. Neuromuscular Therapy is also used to locate and release spasms in the tissue, eliminate trigger points that cause referred pain, rebuild strength of injured tissues, assist in lymphatic and venous flow, and restore postural alignment, proper biomechanics, and flexibility to tissues. 

Massage Cupping

An adaptation of ancient technique and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Massage cupping is a combination of massage movements and negative (suction) pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin. Benefits include; loosening of knots and adhesions, lifting the connecting tissues, promote the flow of blood to muscles and tissue to remove stagnation, supplying oxygen and nutrients to the cells and softening the tightened muscles.

If you need a facial but are short on time, this quick but highly personalized treatment is perfect for you. Your skin will feel revitalized in just 30 minutes! This treatment is a shortened version of our Classic Facial and doesn't include extractions.
